Meeanee Speedway is a Club-run Speedway based in Napier, Hawkes Bay. Season October - April

Meeanee Speedway is a purpose built oval race track made out of a clay, sand and lime mix it is 400 metres in length, 8 metres in straights, 10 metres in corners.Race classes we cater for are Solo’s Sidecars, TQ Midgets, Super Saloons, Saloons, Stockcars, Superstocks, Streetstocks, Youth Ministocks and Production Saloons. Normal start time: Saturday night at 6:30PM (times do vary at beginning and

end of season)
our season typically runs from labour weekend through to May. Ticket prices $25 Adult, $10 kids 8-16 *May require Student ID $60 Family (2 Adults and up to 4 Kids

𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥 - 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗘𝗘 - 𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗢𝗪!
𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟳 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟵.𝟯𝟬𝗮𝗺 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟭𝗽𝗺

With the weather so good, we're getting into the off-season jobs early...

⭕ Our grandstands need a little tidy-up - touching up the paintwork, replacing broken boards and re-nailing some panels back on (if you have a battery circular saw that you can bring, please do!).

⭕ The small temporary fencing around the entry gates and corporate area needs to be packed away for the winter.

⭕ If you're a gun on the tractor then we have some infield blocks we need moved around to make the photographer booths at each end higher.

⭕ The old St Johns room needs a sort-out.

And don't forget, show up at the Working Bee and go in the draw to win your 2026/27 Club Membership, thanks to James Dean and 007 Paintball!

As if doing it for the love of our Club wasn't enough, every Working Bee attendance this season gives you one entry into the draw to win your 2026/27 season Club Membership!

Please make sure you sign in at the Working Bee - because, Health and Safety, and also, so that we can make sure you're in the draw!
