Thanks to my Yogi tribe who made it to the end of our summer/autumn beach yoga season 🙏💗Our Sunday 9.30 am beach yoga, Tuesday evening zoom classes, and private sessions continue over winter. Weekday 6.30 am beach classes will resume in spring 🌸 🙏🥰🧘‍♀️

Also happening now: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga small group sessions—Wednesday 7 pm at Arataki Comm Centre, and our 8-week Ashtanga Yoga Beginner Series starts Friday 8th of May in my private yoga shala, Omanu, with room for 2 more yogis 💗Sign up now. Sunrise Beach Yoga 🧘‍♀️ Hi Yogis, a reminder that I am now on a roadie, off to a festival for a long weekend of music and fun. Our next beach yoga class is on Monday at 6.30 am at Omanu beach 🏖️ 🌅🙏Also, I have decided to keep our Friday morning classes through March as well (to make up for the missing classes and well, it’s just so beautiful in the mornings so why not). 💗Amie
