Brrrrr…. It’s definitely winter but spring isn’t too far away 🙏 a couple of months ago, we launched our “Buy a Brick” fundraiser:
🧱 $100 – Individual/Whānau
🧱 $200 – Business

This is to help cover the operating costs of the clubrooms while we focus on growing our junior numbers. We’ve had an amazing level of support so far ($1,900!) and would like to say a massive THANK YOU to all the friends who have supported.

However, I know there are more of you out there. So if you’ve been meaning to drop us some cash, you still can, just transfer your contribution to:

Softball New Zealand would like to invite you to take part in the Voice of Participant survey, which aims to understand your experience with Softball this season.

By completing this survey, you can enter the draw for one of the following prizes:
· A $100 gift card to The Dugout
· One of 6 $50 Foot Locker vouchers.

This survey will help Softball New Zealand and us (Miramar) work to better meet the needs of participants. The survey will take around 15 minutes. The survey has been emailed out, so if you have received it on behalf of a child under 14 who plays softball, you can complete the survey with them or on their behalf (we ask children 14 years and over to complete it themselves).

If you haven’t received it, then please feel free to click on the link and complete on their behalf. We’d really appreciate feedback on how we did this season and what we can do better going forward.

Well that’s a wrap for the 25/26 season. Thank you to all our young athletes for being heaps of fun and learning lots; to the parents for being an awesome support crew; to the assistant coaches, managers, scorers and our head coaches - a huge thank you! We hope you enjoyed the season and that we see you all again next season - and bring your mates! 🥎🥎
