Here's your JAB draw for this weekend. Only a couple of teams at home this week, with the majority having away games this week.

Just a small change from the original draw, the U12/13 game is now playing at 11am. Good luck to all of our teams and have fun!

If you're in town, head along and support the lads as we take on Old Boys at WCCP 6. It's the field by Taward Street, along the fence line that continues on from the Athies field.

Shoutout to the team in white, in particular our very own Maheno men Aidan and Sam for running the flags on the sidelines in the weekend as our club appointed AR's.

Pretty hard to have a game without people like this giving up their time to help keep control of the game.

Big thank you to all our farmers who generously donated to our annual sheep sale at Waiareka.

The total donation was $6,300 which not only helps Maheno rugby but will also benefit Maheno netball this year, many of our farmers have an interest in both clubs so it was an easy sell.

Big thanks to PGG Wrightson for their help and contribution as they don’t charge the clubs commission.

That one went right down to the wire, but unfortunately not quite enough to get the job done. What a game of footy to be a part of though!
