To our valued Hamilton community,
As many of you know, UAS Hamilton has operated as a franchise for the past two years. We entrusted this location to an owner-operator with the goal of fostering local growth and passion. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced.
Despite our significant, repeated efforts to provide support, and even offer to buy the business back to bring it under company control, the ownership failed to meet basic operational standards, including not paying invoices and poor service.
Rather than working with us to correct these failures, the owner has chosen to liquidate the business, leaving the airsoft community without local support
We are committed to supporting the area as we always have; our hands are tied while the liquidation is finalized but
