UPDATE!!!!.....

Let's start with a health update.

Well if you've been following us for a wile you would of known that last year I had a staf infection and fell unwell, well this year I got a streptococcus infection which almost showed the same symptoms as the staf as I had alot of sores with yellow like puss (eww grose) and a fever so I was off work for a couple of weeks. Its all to do with my eczema which had flared up but I just kept working trying to be tough but in the end it got me so yeah enough of that

Levin update...

Well for the past few months I have been waiting on one of my big ticket items and it has arrived.

The new mrp plenum turned up and chucked it on the car to see how it looked. It definitely looks the part. Also I got a mrp a/c delete.

I also have ordered another oil cooler, this will be the third one I've ordered.

That being that I cant figure out where to put it but with this new one yet to arrive in the next week, it will make for easy fitment to mount up my oil lines.

The levin is definitely looking the part with the silver and some new vynil wrap filling in my time

There is still much to do at this point but im again at a loss as not knowing when the levin will be ready as we all know falling into hard times with what's going on so soon ill have to make up my mind on what I wana do but right now I just dont.....

THE YELLOW IS GONE..

Yep what a feeling to have so much change. I think the silver looks the part now. Just got to refit my wing on the boot lid now.

Gotta keep up this momentum

Little bit by little bit we go...

Finally got a good coat of primer on the bomex front bumper (still haven't done the yellow one) so will hopefully get some paint on that tomorrow all going well. Have removed the yellow boot lid and sanded it down ready to throw some primer at that then paint it also. I think I need another long weekend just to get these jobs outta the way but just have to take my time. I think in the short run the levin is going to look different and in a good way.

Just need to get back on the engine side of things to progress this car further.

Tried to achieve alot in one day but did not go to plan.

I had been working on repairs to the Bomex front bumpers this weekend by repairing all the cracks and doing modifications for them to fit better with the front mount intercooler as well as a quick release system so taking them off and back on is a breeze.

Only got the black one semi finished with now a single primer coat over it and then ran out 🤣 but still some work to do. The yellow one on the other hand needs alot more work and needs refiberglassing then can move that onto paint. The grill had some issues but that was just due to how cold it got but wanted to see how the colour would match with the silver vynil I have. So will deal with that next weekend 🤔

It will be good to see the yellow go and with the silver taking shape.
