We bieden elke dag verschillende studio, buiten en online yoga lessen aan, inclusief Hot Yoga lessen, gegeven door een team van inspirerende docenten. Yoga Moves bied "Yoga for Everybody and Ever Body". Samen hebben we een plek gecreëerd waar je de verbinding vind met jezelf maar ook met elkaar. Yoga Moves heeft een groot aanbod van kwaliteitsopleidingen, workshops en cursussen. We hebben o.a. onze eigen Vinyasa Yoga Opleiding, Shiva Rea's Prana Flow Yoga Opleiding, Max Strom's Inner Axis Opleiding en Birthlight Opleidingen. Bijna wekelijks kun je bij Yoga Moves terecht voor een workshop gegeven door lokaal en International yoga docenten.

Anatomy, inquiry, breath. Different doors into the same room: understanding yourself, and eventually, teaching others to do the same.

Jasmijn brings the teachings of Paul Grilley, Byron Katie and Max Strom into her Yin Yoga Teacher Training. She herself has also 9 years experience of teaching yoga teachers and has been teaching yoga herself fro 15 years.
