Heuveltje op, heuveltje af, stukje trimparcours. Leuke trail training vandaag in de bossen bij Best, met na afloop een welverdiend drankje bij het Joe Mann Paviljoen.

Up a hill, down a hill, a bit of a fitness trail. Nice trail training today in the woods near Best, followed by a well-deserved drink at the Joe Mann Pavilion.

De paden op, de lanen in. De wandelaars van Get Running deden mee aan een mooie tocht rond St. Oedenrode van de W.S.V. OLAT (Ollandse Lange Afstand Tippelaars).

Out on the paths and through the lanes. The walkers from Get Running participated in a beautiful trek around St. Oedenrode organized by the Ollandse Lange Afstand Tippelaars (OLAT).

Prachtige zonsondergang gisteren tijdens de fraaie Strabrechtse Heideloop van LOGO Geldrop. Met deelname van zowel hardlopers als wandelaars van Get Running.

Fartlek training vandaag. Tja, dan kom je vanalles en nog wat tegen. Met natuurlijk na afloop een terrasje pikken bij ons thuishonk Wasven.

Gezellige drukte bij de dinsdagavond-training. Zowel bij de hardlopers als de wandelaars is een groep beginners van start gegaan, in samenwerking met Eindhoven Sport. Op naar de City Run (5k) en de Urban Walk tijdens ASML Marathon Eindhoven!

Rustig duurloopje van 15 km op zondagochtend tussen Mierlo en Helmond, langs en rond de Goorloop. Onderweg een heuse boomhut, en ja, ook die rups is er weer.

Jaaaa, het 'kruis voor betoonde marsvaardigheid' (Koninklijk Besluit 1909) kon weer opgespeld worden. Get Running mocht natuurlijk niet ontbreken bij de 4Daagse. Proficiat dames!

Yessss, the 'Cross for Demonstrated Marching Proficiency' (Royal Decree 1909) could be pinned on once again. Of course, Get Running could not be absent from the Walk of the World. Congratulations ladies!

Fijne training vandaag: in totaal 8 km met een twintigtal keer verschillende trappen op en af bij de gebouwen van de TU Eindhoven. Gelukkig ook weer betere temperatuur om te lopen.

Nice workout today: a total of 8 km with about twenty trips up and down various flights of stairs at the TU Eindhoven buildings. Fortunately, the temperature was better for running again too.
