New Challenge to celebrate 50 years of USC🥳

AMRAP bench press with 50% of your bodyweight

Rules:
🏆Two categories; Women and Men.
🏆The participant who can bench press the most reps with 50% of their bodyweight wins a 1-month free membership.
🏆Valid reps: the bar touches your chest, arms fully extended, feet flat on the floor and glutes on the bench.
🏆All participants will also have a chance to win a one-month subscription!

How to participate:
🏆Ask one of the trainers if they want to judge your attempt. Your attempt only counts when verified by a trainer.
🏆The challenge runs from September 7 till October 26.

You can participate at USC Universum, USC Amstelcampus, USC ClubWest and USC ASC.
The overall winner across all locations wins a
