SHORT GIRLIES, tell me you can’t relate
A year ago I could not stay consistent for the life of me
I told myself I was too tired
I should sleep in
I should listen to my body
I was too busy
every excuse in the book
but I’m more busy now than I was then
and I’m doing better than I ever have
the difference wasn’t the plan
I didn’t need new workouts or a new schedule
What finally changed was I stopped holding myself to a low standard and actually decided to follow through
once I made that shift,
showing up became easy
4 days a week, consistently
leaner than I’ve ever been
and more confident in my body than I have been in a really long time
the crazy thing, my confidence has skyrocketed
all because I chose to actually hold a high standard
