NEW ACADEMY HEAD COACH ANNOUNCED !

π–π„π‹π‚πŽπŒπ„ 𝐕𝐀𝐍𝐉𝐀 ππ€π‘πˆΕ πˆΔ†

Victoria Hotspurs FC is delighted to officially announce the appointment of Vanja Bariőić as the new Head Coach of the Victoria Hotspurs Academy.

As many of you are aware, our previous Academy Head Coach, Max Camilleri, has decided to further his studies and will therefore not be continuing in his role. Coach Max's contribution to our Academy was invaluable, and we would like to sincerely thank him for his dedication, professionalism and commitment to the development of our young players. We wish him every success in this new chapter of his journey.

Replacing Coach Max was certainly not an easy task. For this reason, the Club took the necessary time to identify a coach who shares our ambition, vision and commitment towards youth development.

Today, we are proud to welcome Vanja Bariőić to the Victoria Hotspurs family.

Mr. Bariőić is a highly qualified football professional, holding a UEFA A Coaching Licence, together with certifications in Video Analysis and Sports Psychology obtained through the prestigious Barça Innovation Hub. Throughout his coaching career, he has gained extensive experience in player development and has worked within various football academies in Serbia, helping young players maximise their potential both on and off the pitch.

We are confident that his knowledge, experience and modern coaching philosophy will further strengthen our Academy and contribute significantly to the development of the next generation of Hotspurs players.

Lawrence is one of the Club's longest-serving players and a true example of what it means to be a Victoria Hotspurs clubman. Throughout the years, he has always shown unwavering loyalty, commitment and passion towards our Club, standing by the Hotspurs through every challenge and every success.

His dedication on and off the pitch, his professionalism, and his love for the red colours have earned him the respect and admiration of everyone associated with Victoria Hotspurs.

Steve needs no introduction. Throughout his distinguished career, he has won numerous honours and established himself as one of the most respected goalkeepers in Maltese football. His experience, leadership, professionalism and winning mentality are invaluable assets to our squad.

Last season, we had the privilege of seeing Steve wear the famous red shirt of Victoria Hotspurs. Week after week, he demonstrated his exceptional talent, commitment and determination, earning the admiration of our supporters and everyone involved with the Club.
