This page is about the first BJJ academy in Gozo. Everybody can join, kids from 4, teenagers, and adults... We train everyday. At 6pm we start with fitness to improve your physical conditionning. We have also "only women classes" on Saturday 6pm to 7pm. Kids are on Wednesday and Saturday from 11am to 12am.Our academy has a full equiped dojo with wall protection, gym and bjj equipment, fun monkey bars, boxing bags, welcome area, shower, toilets, etc. We have also a kitchen with nutrition workshop special events... And during the day we organise outdoor session combined with freediving, snorkeling, sea kayak,... Most of the classes are directed by Francois Deniau, IBJJF European champion and 2nd degree bjj and judo black belt, certified insrtuctor in both disciplines (with more than 20 years experience in teaching)... and also freediving instructor. You can try for free! We look forward to share our passion for jiu-jitsu with you!

I let you imagine... Having fun with one of the bjj fundamentals... I let you guess 😄 Since 1996 when started to work as a judo teacher, I didn't finished university yet, until this year it is 30 years of teaching, traveling, exploring, discovering, experimenting, meeting all kind of people, coaches, great masters & warriors, preparing for competition World, Panams, European..., learning again, emptiing my cup, freediving to let go 🐬

A great encounter from Slovekia : Tomas on the left who is an amazing freediver using a scooter and cruising for minutes inside the shipwrecks like the Kerwala or anything Gozo has to offer in its beautiful waters. I introduced Tomas to jiu-jitsu and he was doing very well. Thanks for your good energy Tomas and see you next time!
