WASP Shooting Club WASP Shooting Club focus on training and coaching individuals utilising firearms in a safe environment.

WASP instructors are all internationally qualified and are eager to share their knowledge and experience with others. WASP focuses on training and coaching target shooters (including those interested to become target shooters and/or gun collectors) utilising firearms in a safe environment. The Club achieves this by providing firearms handling courses to obtain licence A and B, basic and advance courses on firearms, and also dedicated special day events for licensed and non-licensed shooters.

Heading home to Australia after your course?

Ronin SA graduates can now easily convert their training into a Certificate III in Close Protection Operations for the purpose of state licensing in Australia through our new Recognition of Prior Learning Pathway with Panoptic Solutions , in collaboration with Asset Training Australia, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #31718).

How it works:
1.⁠ ⁠You complete and pass the Ronin SA Close Protection Course.

2.⁠ ⁠Post-graduation, we automatically apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) to Panoptic Solutions for any Australian Passport holder or resident.

3.⁠ ⁠⁠Ronin SA pays for the RPL process on your behalf for all graduates from July 2026 onwards. Graduates from earlier courses are welcome to apply as well, at their own cost. The RPL process takes two to three weeks and you will receive your certificate from us within a month.

We are especially grateful to Troy Claydon and his team at Panoptic Solutions for opening this door for us. There is real pride in watching a company built by one of our own graduates reach back and carry the next generation of Close Protection Officers into licensed work at home.
