Chris will definitely be there doing the kickboxing at 3pm and I will be popping along to help, as the beaches will be crazy 😅

Big congratulations to Chris and Fred, celebrating ten years of Proforce1 Security Malta 👮‍♂️🥳

I am obviously very biased but if you need security for anything apart from bars and clubs, these are the people to call✅️

Huge experience between them and they have standards, which anyone who works with them has to meet✅️✅️

My UK dates are now confirmed and my final working day will be Friday 10th July, returning to work wc 31st August.

Obviously I'll speak to members individually re renewals but it does mean that I'm not taking on any new members until September...pointless doing a month and having the next month off 🤷‍♂️

Those who have single sessions and tourists, can carry on as normal. I am virtually fully booked, so it's worth booking at least a week in advance if possible 🙏

Apart from that...I've not physically spoken to anyone I've known for 4 days, can't wait to get back to work in the morning and so you have all been warned 🙃🥊🥊🥊

So with my working week now over and another short week ahead, this is the only session I currently have available for next week 😅

As I will be contributing heavily to my Dentist's holiday fund tomorrow, it's best messages only until Monday as I'm supposed to avoid talking...going to gym, laying in sun, drinking coffee or anything else which I happen to enjoy 🙌🥳

I imagine some PTs are happy that I keep my social life minimal because when I do go out, I always end up with a new session😇

Brad who was born up the road from me in Essex and Georgie, now live where I used to live in Kent!

They seemed to enjoy their stay in Malta, definitely made me laugh and put in a massive session in the middle of the day, before flying home last night 💪💪

Great session, great people and worked wonders for the tan🙏🥊🥊🥊

Highly unlikely that you will find these cheaper in Malta and they are far better quality, than the standard stuff you find here...which is why I bought them ✅️
