Mosta Cycling Club

Mosta Cycling Club Founded in 1953, Mosta Cycling Club is Malta’s oldest and most successful cycling club.

Over the years, the club has received numerous accolades and tributes as a result of its participation and podium finishes in local races including the Malta National Cycling Championships and Tour of Malta. The club’s is very proud to have as President Mr John Magri who was awarded the much coveted Malta Olympic Hall of Fame certificate. This is a reward which is given to those who have worked ha

rd towards the sport they are involved in and is a rare achievement for anyone to obtain. Cycling Academy:

The club’s driving force is powered by the desire to educate and promote the development of young athletes socially, physically and psychologically while keeping bad habits at bay. Our philosophy fosters sport as a way of life while encouraging our younger generation to move away from the sedentary life that is all too common nowadays, and shift towards a healthier active life. Our commitment to promote a healthy lifestyle among the younger generation led our club to set up the first cycling nursery on the island. Since 2008, subscription has been on the increase and the Mosta Cycling Club nursery has today acquired a positive widespread reputation thanks to the commitment exhibited by its qualified coaches, organisers and supporting members.

🚴‍♂️ Well done, Etienne! 👏

Last week, .t.cutajar took on the challenge of the MediTerra Malta Tri at Majjistral Park, representing our club on the demanding off-road cycling course.

Set against the beautiful backdrop of Malta's northern coastline, the event offered plenty of tough terrain, dust, climbs and heat — exactly the kind of challenge that tests both fitness and determination. 💪

We're proud to see Etienne out there flying the Mosta Cycling Club colours and taking on events beyond the usual race calendar. Well done, Etienne, and we look forward to seeing what challenge comes next! 🚴‍♂️🔥

🏆 D Sports Lab Road Race & Juniors Time Trial National Championship 2026

A challenging day for the riders of Mosta Cycling Club who faced extremely tough and brutal racing conditions due to the heavy rain. 🌧️🚴‍♂️

Despite the conditions, the club celebrated two fantastic achievements with Raphael Buhagiar being crowned Under 12 ITT National Champion 2026 and Harry Carmont being crowned Under 16 ITT National Champion 2026. All our cyclists showed incredible courage, determination and fighting spirit throughout the day. 💛💙❤️
