🎉 Put your hands together for our latest 28 Day Reset Challenge winner, Janine Blight 🎉
Over the 28 days, Janine achieved an awesome result, losing 2.8kg and 14cm's from across her waist, hips and chest measurements.
But as always, the numbers only tell part of the story.
At Fit2Go, our challenges are not about finding the biggest loser. They're about helping everyday people build healthier habits, create better routines, and develop a lifestyle that they can continue long after the challenge has finished.
One of Janine's biggest challenges was navigating events and kaupapa where kai was provided.
"I just can't say no! To overcome this I try and eat beforehand or just be really careful with portion size."
Janine also identified one of her biggest weaknesses as sweet treats and used the challenge as an opportunity to reset those habits and focus on moderation rather than restriction.
"The challenge has helped me to have a good reset on that and try to remember moderation is okay."
What we love most about Janine's journey is that this wasn't just a 28-day success story. Looking back at her first challenge over two years ago, Janine has now lost more than 23kg through consistently showing up, learning from setbacks, and continuing to build better habits over time.
"I know what I need to do, it's just sticking with it. When I remember to meal prep it really helps."
That's what these challenges are all about. Not perfection. Not quick fixes. Just creating positive changes that fit into real life and can be carried forward long after the challenge ends.
👏 We also want to give a special shout-out to some of our other challengers who achieved incredible results over the past 28 days:
🔥 Liga Sua – 8.9kg lost
🔥 Jo Tusa – 4.8kg lost
🔥 Hine Flanagan – 4.0kg lost
These results don't happen by accident. They come from showing up, making better choices day after day, and trusting the process. We're proud of each and every one of you for putting in the mahi.
Whether you lost weight, improved your eating habits, became more active, gained confidence, or simply proved to yourself that you could commit to something for 28 days, you should be incredibly proud of what you've achieved.
Congratulations Janine 👏 and congratulations to all of our challengers for taking the first step—or the next step—towards a healthier lifestyle.
