The real spectator sport isn't in the water. 📱 It's forty-five minutes of cheering through the glass, filming the same width eleven times, and standing by with the towel at exactly the right moment. Parents, we see you — and so do they, every single time they look up.

Save this before your kid's next pool day 📌
3 things we teach every new swimmer first:
1️⃣ Kick from the hips, not the knees
2️⃣ Long arms that reach and pull
3️⃣ Glide like a rocket
Get these right and every stroke after gets easier.
Which one is your swimmer working on? Comment 1, 2 or 3.

One hour in the water and suddenly they could eat the entire kitchen. 🍛 Rice and curry has never disappeared faster. Swimming works almost every muscle at once, so the appetite afterwards is real — pack a proper snack, you'll need it before you reach the car park.

"Watch this! Amma, WATCH THIS!" 🙋 The official soundtrack of every swimming lesson, repeated roughly four hundred times per session — and honestly, we never get tired of it. That little burst of pride when they land something new is the whole reason we do this job.

"I'm ready!" 🙃 Reader, he was not ready. Twenty minutes later we have one slipper, no towel, goggles mysteriously in the fruit bowl, and a swim cap on backwards. Somehow we always make it. Tag the parent currently standing by the door with the keys in their hand.

Coaches Are the Real Everyday Heroes
Not all heroes wear capes—some wear whistles, rash guards, and patient smiles! 🦸‍♂️🏊‍♀️💙
Teaching a hesitant child to trust the water, catching every nervous jump, and patiently guiding a young swimmer toward lifelong water independence takes genuine heart. Our instructors are more than swim coaches; they are mentors, protectors, and confidence builders who empower the next generation with life-saving skills. We celebrate our amazing coaches who show up every single day to make magic happen on the pool deck!

"My granddaughter swims. I wanted to swim with her." 🏊‍♀️ Kamala started lessons at sixty-one, in her own time, in a quiet lane, with a coach who never once made her feel silly. There is no age at which water stops being learnable. Our adult classes are calm, private and completely judgement-free — come and see.
