​We are incredibly proud to share that a special postage stamp honoring Grandmaster Abhijit Kunte was officially released by the Postmaster General of Odisha. This prestigious recognition took place at the FIDE Global Conference on Chess in Society and Education.
​Having a legend of his stature as a mentor at our academy is a true honor. His journey continues to inspire us every day!

We at KCA are thrilled to announce that Akshay has claimed the first spot in the Commonwealth Chess Championship, winning the Under-16 Open category held in Kuala Lumpur. He also finished as a joint winner in the Junior (Under-18) Open Blitz Championship.
With these accomplishments, he secured a *gold medal*, a bronze medal, and the champion’s trophy.

We are happy to share that Kavish Bhattad has won Silver Medal at the Asian School U-7 Rapid Chess Championship 2025, held in Mongolia .

Kavish showed great skill and determination, scoring 6 points out of 7 games. He also played a key role in helping Team India win the Team Silver Medal in the event.
