Over the years, my journey has taken me through sales floors, dealer networks, business discussions, leadership conversations, training rooms, and moments of deep personal reflection.
Along the way, one realization has only grown stronger:
Businesses grow sustainably when sales capability, leadership maturity and organizational culture grow together.
Over the past few weeks, I have taken some time to thoughtfully renew and realign my professional identity and LinkedIn presence to better reflect the work I truly enjoy and believe in today.
