one of those weeks where the alarms went off and every version of me wanted to hit snooze.

but there’s also that half-awake voice that knows you’ll feel better once the run is done. so i got up, laced up, and got out anyway.

did i choose the closer route instead of driving out to my usual running spots? absolutely lol

but that’s kind of the point. not every run or running block is about chasing a PB or feeling motivated.

sometimes it’s just about showing up, doing what you said you would do, and collecting another few kilometres in the bank.

friends, miles, coffee, sweaty selfies, and a reminder that i never regret the runs i almost skipped.

last week before the Mashobra 30K. ready for takeoff 🏔️

The biggest fat loss mistake I see?

People trying to be in a calorie deficit without actually knowing if they are.

Most people either:
• Guess their calories
• Eat “healthy” and hope for the best
• Slash calories too aggressively
• Give up when the scale doesn’t move for a few days

A calorie deficit isn’t complicated.

But it does require a process.

In this reel, I’m showing you exactly how to:
✓ Find your maintenance calories
✓ Confirm your true maintenance
✓ Create a sustainable deficit that actually works

No detoxes.
No starvation.
No endless cardio.

Just the fundamentals that drive fat loss.

DM “DEFICIT” and I’ll send you my Calorie Deficit Cheat Sheet.

Work on you!

One bad workout doesn’t mean you’re inconsistent.

One missed session doesn’t mean you’ve failed.

One low-energy day doesn’t mean you’ve “fallen off.”

Sometimes you’re just… human.

I think more women would stay consistent with fitness if they stopped making every imperfect day mean something dramatic.

Anyone else needed this reminder today? 🤍
