People always say:
“You should have left earlier.”
“Why did you tolerate it for so long?”
But most women trapped in narcissistic abuse do not even realize what is happening to them.
And the most dangerous part?
Many women are not only abandoned by their husbands.
They are abandoned emotionally by their own families too. 💔
So when she finally gathers courage to say:
“I am not okay.”
“I feel emotionally unsafe.”
“He is breaking me mentally.”
She hears:
“Adjust a little.”
“Marriage is difficult.”
“All men are like this.”
“You are overthinking.”
And suddenly…
the woman who was trying to save herself
