“𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙙.”

At the 𝐀𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 for the Para Champions programme, supported by IndusInd Bank, Herbalife and AT&T, athletes engaged in sessions that went deeper than training.

From anti-doping awareness and supplement safety to advocacy, rights, and navigating real-world challenges, the focus was clear: build informed, aware, and responsible athletes.

Sessions were led by Swati Bathwal and Shruti Pushkarna, bringing practical insight into both performance integrity and athlete rights.

Because high performance is not just physical. It is also about awareness, integrity, and ownership. 💪🏾

Not every season ends with a trophy. Some end with growth you can’t measure.

Four athletes from the Equal Hue Cricket Excellence Programme, supported by Brigade Foundation, EdelGive Foundation, FDC Ltd, The Inlaks Shivdasani Foundation and Australian Consulate, stepped into the intensity of the WPL this year. Shweta. Kashvee. Niki. Pragati. Four different roles. Four different journeys. One step forward.

Shweta took on the challenge of donning the gloves for UP Warriorz, learning at the highest level. Kashvee returned from injury to spearhead Gujarat Giants’ pace attack with confidence. Niki adapted to a new role for Delhi Capitals and delivered under pressure. Pragati, called up mid-season, made every training session count and showed she belongs at this level.

High-performance cricket is not just about medals. It is about staying in the arena, absorbing the game, and returning better.

And that is exactly what this season gave them.
