THE MUSCLES-UP WORKSHOP :

Hey Boys and Girls, we are hosting a Muscle up Workshop on the 19th of September ( it’s a Saturday)

Time : 10am to 12pm
Venue : Cali OG

Registration Fee : ₹1200/- per head.

Yes of-course there is an Early Bird Fee for the first 5 registrations :

Early Bird Fee : ₹800/- per head

We can’t accommodate more than 15 participants (honestly we can but we’d like to limit it so that there we can semi personalise the training for each member)

The one thing I’ll never do to CaliOG !!

Would I franchise? Would I take on investors?

It comes down to how I see things right now — Coaching

Most gyms have turned into a numbers game. Pack more people in.

It’s just reps for the sake of reps. No one correcting your form, no one checking if you’re moving safely.

And that’s the opposite of why any of us got into this — we’re here to make people healthier and stronger.

The second you franchise, outside money comes in.

And investors need their return. So the first thing that gets cut is coaching.

Say we’re coaching a small group — they’d push us to add more people to that same session.

Which means compromising coaching for everyone in it.

I couldn’t live with myself letting someone else do that to what we’ve built.

So I’ve always told my coaches: we don’t grow that way. We don’t cut corners to get bigger.

Even if it means we grow slower — I’ll take that trade every time.

I’d rather CaliOG stay exactly this size than turn into something we’re not proud of.

So — straight answer: no. Never. No franchise, no investor telling me how to run my gym.
