Spot fat reduction is one of the biggest fitness myths ❌

In this video, I explain why you cannot reduce fat from a specific body part like belly fat, thigh fat, or arm fat just by doing targeted exercises.

Many people in my gym ask:
👉 “Can I reduce only belly fat?”
👉 “Which exercise burns chest fat?”
👉 “How to lose love handles fast?”

The truth is 👇
When you train a specific muscle (for example abs), you increase muscle strength and definition, but the fat covering that muscle won’t disappear unless your overall body fat percentage reduces.

It’s “Fat” loss not “Weight” loss.

Most people are confused between weight loss vs fat loss and weight gain vs muscle gain — this video will clear everything.

In this video, I’ve explained why it’s NOT weight loss, it’s FAT loss
and it’s NOT weight gain, it’s MUSCLE gain.

I’ve taken a simple example to make you understand easily:
• 15 kg dumbbell = muscle
• 15 kg boxing bag = fat

Both weigh the same, but the quality, density, and space they occupy are completely different.

Fat occupies more space, makes the body look bulky and soft.
Muscle is dense, occupies less space, and gives your body a fit, strong, and aesthetic look.

When you exercise regularly:
• Fat-occupied space reduces
• Muscle quality improves
• Your body looks lean, strong, and well-shaped
• Weight may stay the same, but body composition changes

That’s why your focus should always be on:
✅ Fat loss
✅ Muscle gain
❌ Not just weight loss or weight gain

Train smart, eat right, and focus on body transformation — not just the number on the weighing scale.
