Starting back at buttons today!! Can’t wait to meet the students!

Today we’ll be focusing on Body & Beat to improve brain-body connection, increase body awareness and confidence in body movement!

The programme is developed using the Intellidance Framework, along with some physical literacy activities and Mindfullness!

And!!! We still have some spaces left in our Independent Preschoolers Intellidance class (this is a dance class that preschoolers attend without a caregiver, great for confident kids, or for families who are unable to stay at the class)

Can’t wait to get back dancing with this group on Saturday! We had an amazing residency at Wicklow Library this summer, developing our own personal movement vocabulary and story telling skill!!
