One of the biggest worries people have before starting is β€œI am not fit enough.”

And honestly, that is exactly why you should start.

Every session is coached and scaled. Whether you are brand new or have trained before, the workout is adjusted to suit you. No one is expected to perform at a certain level.

We have members of all ages and fitness backgrounds and everyone trains side by side.

It is not about being the best in the room. It is about showing up, improving, and building something over time.

Struggling to keep your teen active, off screens, or motivated this summer?
Give them the perfect mix of fitness, structure, and confidence in a positive, high-energy environment.

Our Teen Membership is designed to build strong foundations through expert coaching, small group training, and a supportive community where they can learn proper technique, build strength, and actually enjoy training.

For teens aged 16+, this membership includes full access to all classes, including CrossFit, HYROX, and Strength.

Available class times:
12:30pm, 6:00pm, and 7:00pm

Whether they are completely new or just need a routine, this is a great way to keep them active, build discipline, and channel their energy into something positive.
