Indoor Cycling / Spin is taken to a whole new level by Goldstone Fitness, with our state of the art Spinzone Neon Spin Studio! A fun and challenging indoor cycle class that is guaranteed to burn calories fast and condition your body. Participants will travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race – all in cooling darkness! A fantastic 45 minute, cardio vascular and muscular endurance workout.

Suitable for all levels of fitness. A pay-as-you-go fitness class at just €5 per class. Book online now! When attending a class, please ensure to bring water and a towel. Appropriate fitness clothing and footwear must be worn.

ANNOUNCEMENT: WE'RE CLOSING FRIDAY 31st AUGUST 2018

It’s with regret that we have to announce that we will be closing the studio for business on 31st August. It’s been over four years since we opened the studio and we have enjoyed providing each and every class, we have been blessed with the finest of instructors and front desk staff, so the decision has been difficult and it’s with a heavy heart that we bring this news.

Our classes will run as normal with the final class on Friday evening 31st August 2018.

We would like to thank all our customers for their support and energy over the years and we wish you all well into the future.
