Fixtures are now confirmed for the 2026 Rian Sheridan Memorial 7’s Tournament 💚💛

Games will take place across both Letterfrack and Clifden throughout the day, with the fixtures in Letterfrack alternating every second game between the men’s and ladies’ competitions

Semi-finals will take place in Letterfrack from 3:00pm, with the top team from each group facing the second-placed team from the opposite group

Following the tournament, there will be finger food and music in Veldon’s Seafarer. There will also be music in Molly’s Bar 🎶

All proceeds raised on the day will once again go to the IRVA, a cause very close to all involved with the tournament

A sincere thank you to all of our volunteers, sponsors and supporters who help to make this tournament possible

Please support and share - Renvyle GAA look forward to welcoming everyone for another special day in memory of Rian

08/05/2026

Please join our neighbours at Renvyle GAA on Saturday, 16th May, as they host the second annual Rian Sheridan 7’s Memorial Tournament.

Following the tremendous success of last year’s inaugural event, they look forward to once again welcoming players, supporters, family and friends for a special day of football, friendship and remembrance in honour of Rian.

This year, the tournament will expand to include a ladies’ competition alongside the men’s tournament, reflecting the continued growth of the event in Rian’s memory.

As with last year, a number of local teams will take part, along with some new additions and visitors from Kilbride GAA, a club that held special significance for Rian.

The tournament continues to serve as a fitting tribute to Rian’s love of sport, his incredible spirit, and the many friendships he formed both on and off the field.

Official fixtures and throw-in times will be announced at a later date.

We hope to see another fantastic show of support for what promises to be a memorable occasion. Anyone available to volunteer in any capacity on the day is kindly asked to contact a committee member at Renvyle GAA.

They’ve gone and done it 💚💛

In an absolutely thrilling and nerve-wracking Féile semi-final, our U15s came out on top after penalty frees against Oranmore-Maree 👏

With the teams inseparable after both full and extra time, the game was decided by frees from the 30m line, with Will Laffey slotting over the winning score in sudden death

A Féile final now awaits our U15s after a brilliant evening in Clonbur, with a quick turnaround before tomorrow morning’s final in Tuam Stadium at 10am

We hope to see as much Renvyle support there as possible. We are so proud of how far this group of lads has come, and everyone at Renvyle GAA wishes them the very best of luck for the morning đź’šđź’›
