The Summer Shaper Classes Are all-new group classes based in Oranmore in Bikefit which is in the Industrial Estate behind the Maldron Hotel. These classes cater for ALL levels of fitness.

Date and Times are:

Mon, Wed, Fri at 6.45am Mon, Wed, Fri at 10am.

Options for indoors and outdoor training this weekend

Tomorrow and Sunday's forecast show a splash of rain. If that's enough to put you off going out on the bike don't forget we have Spinning at 10am tomorrow.
