⛳️ BEAT THE PRO! 👏

Looks like those lessons are paying off! 🔥

Tralee Golf Club member Roibard Woods has been working on his game with our PGA Professional David Power, and yesterday he put it to the test in the Beat the Pro challenge at the Irish Open.

Roibard took on Joe Dean, Hennie du Plessis and Davis Bryant… and beat all three! 💪⛳️

Today we celebrate Thank a Greenkeeper Day. 💚⛳️

A huge thank you to Colm and our entire greenkeeping team at Tralee Golf Links for the incredible work, dedication and attention to detail that goes into presenting our links each and every day.

Much of their work begins long before the first golfer arrives and continues in all conditions throughout the year. The course we’re so proud to call home simply wouldn’t be what it is without them.

From Tralee to Lahinch. ⛳️🇮🇪
Following their appearance at the 2026 Arnold Palmer Cup here at Tralee Golf Links, we’re delighted to see Connor Graham, Luke Poulter and Niall Shiels Donegan take another huge step in their amateur careers as they represent Great Britain & Ireland in the Walker Cup. It was a privilege to welcome and watch these talented young golfers compete at Tralee earlier this summer, and we wish all three the very best as they pull on the GB&I colours once again. A special good luck also to everyone at Lahinch Golf Club as they host one of amateur golf’s great occasions. We hope players, officials, members, volunteers and spectators enjoy a truly memorable Walker Cup week on the links. From the Arnold Palmer Cup at Tralee to the Walker Cup at Lahinch — two great Irish links showcasing the very best of amateur golf.

Ten of the 20 players in this year’s Walker Cup are Arnold Palmer Cup alumni, but the connections don’t stop there.

They’ll compete September 5–6 at Lahinch Golf Club in Ireland, host of the 2024 Arnold Palmer Cup.
