Returning for his second year as Head Coach but this time with his partner in crime with him at the helm is Alex Duff!

Alex has been part of the Exiles family for many years and stepped up into head coach position last year. With experience coaching in France and the UK at both amateur and semi-pro levels, he brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the role.

As a player, Alex has proudly represented the Irish A side, Students, U19s, and State of Origin U19s, showing his dedication to the sport at every level.

Looking forward to see what the Hoggy and Duff combo will do for the Mighty Exiles this year 💥

📣 𝐻𝐸𝒜𝒟 𝒞𝒪𝒜𝒞𝐻 📣

We’re proud to announce our new coach for the Dublin City Exiles - Ryan Hogg

A product of the Exiles pathway, in his very first season his talent and work ethic earned him selection for the Irish Students squad.

The following year, he stepped up as Vice Captain of the Ireland A’s where he achieved two full international caps and many more exhibition games.

His progression continued as he went on to earn three additional full caps for the Ireland Senior Men’s squad, representing his country at the highest level.

His experience doesn’t stop there. He has tested himself abroad in England, playing for Sherwood Wolf Hunt and Rochdale Mayfield and even competing at a semi-professional level with Keighley Cougars.

Now, he returns home, back where it all started, with a passion to give back, develop players and help grow the game within our club and community.

This is more than just a new chapter, it’s a full-circle moment.

With the 2026 season approaching, Dublin City Exiles are recruiting players of all levels for both men’s and women’s teams.

Rugby league offers a faster, more open game with plenty of ball-in-hand time, improved fitness, sharper skills, and a great crossover for rugby union players looking to develop speed, tackling technique, and decision-making.

New to the sport? No problem. Full coaching provided in a welcoming, supportive team environment. Expect great sessions on and off the pitch.

Brilliant win for the Exiles Women today as they continue their championship winning streak to 5 consecutive titles. Finished 26-10 in Westmanstown Garda Club in Dublin.

An iconic venue for the Exiles with it being our home in 2002 and venue for the clubs first grand final success that year.

Well done to everyone involved and well done to Galway for a great performance. Enjoy the celebrations 🍾🍾

Great Masters festival on Saturday in Malahide RFC and the Exiles had our first Masters team taking part in our 25th year.

Well done to everyone that took part. Especially Mal McGivern who travelled over from Perth, and Marty Hyde who came back from London for the event.

Some champagne rugby was played and felt like we picked up where we left off. Kind of 😂
