Lisa is our Member of the month for May here in Finglas👏🏼🔥

Lisa is one of our long term members who is always showing up consistently bringing a lot of energy and a lot of laughs…at 6am😵‍💫😂

If you’ve ever trained when Lisa’s in the gym, you’ll know for sure there won’t be a quiet moment😂
Although lately our coaches have noticed Lisa really stepping things up. She’s been showing up even more consistently, putting in the hard work, and pushing herself harder every week and it’s been brilliant to watch👊

That balance of having the craic while still putting the head down and getting the work done is exactly what our gym culture is all about.

Third place for at 🥉

A big 👏🏼👏🏼 for our Finglas member Derek who travelled over to Riga this weekend to compete in another singles race and for picking up a flag and getting a podium place in the process🚀🚀

Derek is a great example of hard work and consistency, he shows up for our Hyrox classes week after week soaking up all the knowledge from our coaches and focusing a lot on his running outside of the gym too🏃🏻‍♂️💨

For more than 10 years has been an incredible part of the Bodynamics family.
Her consistency, determination, and commitment to progress over the years continues to inspire everyone around her on the gym floor in our Santry location. 😅

Beyond the hard work Ger is loved, admired, and respected by members/coaches who have been lucky enough to train alongside her.

We’re incredibly proud to recognise her as our April Member of the Month in Santry and also to show our appreciation to one of our longest serving members. 👏
