Im writing to you today to plead with you to bring up the issue of the closure of health and fitness centres.

This will have an extremely negative effect on not only my own mental and physical health but also that of 1000s of others around the country.

We are facing into a bleak 6 weeks and being able to exercise in a safe controlled environment such as the gym I attend will be the crutch that many need to get through this.

Having searched through the data I find it appalling that this is not even being considered by government based on the extremely low transmission rates coming from these facilities.

I have attached a link to a petition which has gathered nearly 40,000 signatures in the past few days.

We demand to be listened to by this government!!

Again im pleading with you to support this motion amd keep our gyms open. We deserve that much🙏

Solid start to the week this morning from the lads.

Flip the session on its head and did the cardio as an opener :

➡️ 2000m Row or 5000m Assault Bike🔥

Followed by our strength circuits which included:

➡️ Barbell Squats

➡️ Dumbell Deadlifts

➡️ Landmine Should Press

Super full body session that ticked all the boxes 💪

🔥🔥🔥 The Barbell Split Squat 🔥🔥🔥

A very difficult exercise to master as it combines strength, mobility and stability.

Its been introduced to the guys program the last few weeks after using a dumbell variation in last months program.

When done correctly this works most of the muscles of you legs (Quads, Hamstrings and Glutes)

3 weeks in and the guys are only now starting to add some decent load to the bar💪
