⛰️ One last hill session in Paddy’s Hill! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Our juvenile athletes put in the work this evening with some great hill sprints in Paddy’s Hill! 💪🔥 Fantastic effort from everyone as we wrapped up our final session here before the darker evenings set in.

After the mid term break, we’ll be moving to the track in ALSAA on Wednesday evenings for the next phase of training. 🏟️

A big well done to all our athletes for their hard work, commitment and determination! 👏

☀️🏃‍♀️ Portmarnock AC at the National XC Relays!

We’re not sure what’s happening with the XC weather this year, but we’re certainly not complaining! A sunny Sunday in Abbotstown made for a lovely day of racing, with plenty of smiles all round. We’ll enjoy the sunshine while it lasts! 😎☀️

Our 6 Portmarnock teams all did AMAZING at the National XC Relays! 🖤💛 So many fantastic performances, with many of our athletes taking on the challenge of cross country for the very first time. The day was full of PBs, smiles, team spirit, encouragement and plenty of support for teammates — everything that makes our club so special! 🙌👏

A huge well done to all our athletes who competed and represented Portmarnock AC so proudly. We’re so proud of every one of you! 🖤💛👏
