Before Rita started coaching, she was already going to the gym.
She knew she was capable of more, but she didn’t have the structure or a clear plan to get there.
So we started with the most important part: her vision.
What did she actually want to achieve? What did she want her body and performance to look like? And, most importantly, what did we need to do consistently to get there?
We wrote down the goals, built the plan around her life, and then the next step was simple:
Follow the plan.
Looking at Rita now, it’s hard to believe that there was a time when she couldn’t imagine herself doing things like handstands, pull-ups, muscle-ups and other movements she used to see online and think were out of reach.
She didn’t need more motivation.
She needed clarity, structure, and a plan she could trust.
And then she did the work.
Now she’s doing the things she once thought she couldn’t.
That’s what real progress looks like.
Not starting over every few months.
Having a plan, following it, and becoming the person capable of doing things you once thought were impossible.
Send me a message if you know you’re capable of more but don’t have a plan.
