🥋 Structured Training – 3 Classes Per Week
You’ll train three times per week:

This schedule gives you enough frequency to make real progress while still fitting around work and family life. Each session builds on the last, ensuring steady improvement without overwhelm.
🥋 Gi (Uniform) Included
Your BJJ Gi (suit) is included in the course price, so you can start training immediately without worrying about extra costs or choosing the wrong gear. Just show up ready to train.

All classes are led by experienced, qualified instructors who specialise in teaching beginners. You’ll learn:
Fundamental positions and movements
Basic submissions and escapes
How to train safely and confidently
Proper BJJ etiquette and mat awareness
We focus on clear explanations, hands-on coaching, and individual feedback, so you’re never left guessing.
📘 Course Notes & Learning Support

A reference you can revisit outside of training
Perfect for helping everything “click” faster.
🏅 Grading & First Stripe Opportunity
At the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll take part in a formal grading, giving you the opportunity to earn your first stripe.
