Well what a fantastic weekend we had at the IKKA Europe championships in Rome. Each and every competitor showed great sportsmanship , performed , and did themselves so proud and made me so very proud to be their instructor. 8 🥇3 🥈and 6 🥉 for team Navan. What an achievement for such a young team. Already looking forward to next year 🏆🥰

The Kenpo Community is mourning the loss of a great leader Senior Master Bob White. Mr White was not only an exceptional martial artist but an exceptional human being, a true example of what it means to be a leader, mentor and a friend. He will be deeply missed by so many. Our deepest condolences to all his family and friends, particularly Ms Barbara White and all of his daughters. R.I.P Mr White, deep bow.
