Aer Lingus’s first aircraft “Iolar” which celebrates its 90th birthday with the airline this year, took time out on its way back from the Walker Cup in Lahinch to fly past another great golf course Mount Temple! Our thanks to the Iolar crew for the fantastic picture 🙏⛳️❤️

🏆 Paddy Buckley Memorial Cup 2026 🏆

What a fantastic day for the presentation of the Paddy Buckley Memorial Cup, all in aid of the Carmelite Church. ⛳️☀️

We were blessed with great weather, a brilliant atmosphere and, most importantly, a wonderful turnout of golfers, supporters, friends and family who helped make the day such a success.

A huge thank you to the main sponsor, Supermac's for their fantastic support, and to all of the prize sponsors for their generosity.

A special thank you to the organising committee for all their hard work behind the scenes, to the Buckley family who run this amazing event in memory of Paddy, and to the golf course and all the staff for helping make the event such a great day.

Most of all, thank you to everyone who took part, supported the event and helped raise funds for such a worthy cause. ❤️

Our juniors were back out on the course with Pro Enda Murphy of , getting some valuable hands-on experience and learning how to play the game smarter. 🏌️‍♂️

From course management to stance, set-up and preparing to hit the ball, there was plenty to take away from the session.

Great to see the next generation learning, improving and enjoying their golf! 🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️
