Amazing day for water training on the hottest day of the year!! Nearly 30C...getting ready for all the conditions!

In today's session we welcomed new rowers! Happy to see the club growing! Thanks a million to our coaches, families and supporters for the pictures and assistance during the training..it was a really beautiful day to be on the water..here a few pictures!

What an incredible day at the Celtic Ross Hotel South West Rowing Glandore Regatta!

🚣‍♀️✨We are bursting with pride for our crews who took to the water today.

A huge shoutout to our Vet Women—with three members making their racing debut!
🚣‍♀️✨ Crew: Jacki (Debut!), Aoife (Debut!), Pamela (Debut!), and Betsy.

Our youth rowers were equally impressive:🌊 Under 12s: Doireann, Aine (Debut!), Olivia, and Aoibheann.

🌊 Under 14s: Barra (Debut!), Michael, Elayna, and Aoife.

They all performed brilliantly! A massive thank you to the coaches and the families who rallied together to make today possible, especially after last week’s weather postponement. Community spirit at its best! 💚🤍💚

The wait is nearly over… 🌊🔥

📍 Glandore Regatta will now take place THIS SUNDAY, 24th May, with racing kicking off from 9AM sharp!

With exciting racing, fierce rivalry, coastal views, and (hopefully 🤞☀️) some glorious weather, Glandore is shaping up to be THE place to be this weekend.

Expect big performances, tight finishes, club pride on the line, and an electric atmosphere all day long 💥🚣‍♀️🚣‍♂️
