Great session in Mallow Boxing Club on Friday night — everyone was brilliant. Fantastic effort and attitude from all involved.
And for the day that’s in it, here at Mallow Boxing Club we’d like to wish the very best of luck to the Cork team in the Munster final today.

Brilliant sparring from each and every one of them. Fantastic rounds all around, with great skill, courage, and respect shown in the ring.
Every one of you should be proud of yourselves. Stepping through those ropes takes guts, and you all did yourselves, your coaches, and your club proud.

A huge thank you to Haggart Bar & Grill, Freemount, for their very kind donation to Mallow Boxing Club. 🥊👏
The support we have received from local businesses has been absolutely fantastic, and it means so much to a new club like ours.
Every donation helps us provide equipment, improve the club, and give our young boxers the best possible environment to train and develop.
From everyone at Mallow Boxing Club, thank you for your generosity and support. It’s great to see such strong community spirit and local businesses getting behind local sport.

Boxing is off tonight because of the glorious weather! We’re swapping boxing gloves for barbecue gloves for one night only. No jabs, no hooks, no skipping — just burgers, sausages and fighting over who gets the last ice cream! Enjoy the sunshine everyone and we’ll see you all back Wednesday ☀️🥊🍔🍦😂

We at Mallow Boxing Club were blown away again last night by the generosity of the people of Mallow. Another well-known person (who does not want to be mentioned )from our town called in and made a donation to the club.
Mallow really is a fantastic community, and that sense of kindness, support and looking after each other is exactly what we're trying to build and instill in our club.
We would like to sincerely thank you for your support. You don't know what it means to us. Every bit of help goes straight back into the club — extra gloves, headgear and equipment for our members.

Last night we had a visit at Mallow Boxing Club from one of the nicest people in Mallow — someone who is always giving but never wants recognition for it.
He made a very generous donation to the club, and we at Mallow Boxing Club truly appreciate it. Thanks to this support, we can finally get the brackets needed and get our boxing bags up.
People like this are what keep small clubs going. You know who you are, and from everyone at Mallow Boxing Club, thank you so much. We really, really appreciate your kindness and support. 👏🥊
