Two causes that affect more people than most realise.

BEAT THE DARKNESS

Charity Sunrise Walk Raising Funds
for MS Ireland

Join us on Sunday, August 2nd in Kilkee, Co. Clare for BEAT THE DARKNESS — a community sunrise walk created to raise funds and awareness for MS Ireland.

As the town sleeps, we gather before dawn at the Bandstand and walk together along the coastline as the first light breaks across the Atlantic.

This event is about more than the walk itself. It’s about community, resilience, and showing support for individuals and families affected by Multiple Sclerosis across Ireland.

Whether you’re walking for someone you love, for your own reasons, or simply to be part of something meaningful, every step helps make a difference.

• Date: Saturday, August 2nd
• Meeting Time: 4:45am
• Walk Start: 5:00am sharp
• Sunrise: Approx. 5:55am
• Location: Bandstand, Kilkee, Co. Clare
• Charity: All proceeds donated directly to MS Ireland
• Registration: Via Eventbrite

Please bring comfortable footwear, warm layers, and a torch or headlamp for the opening section of the walk.

Tea & coffee afterwards at Oceanlife Café beside the pier.
