No fair-weather riders here! 🌧️🐴

Brilliant training on Thursday evening with Oisin at Balrathboyne Stud, tackling a super course of show jumps and cross-country fences.
Such great education for both the young horses and riders — plenty learned and lots of laughs along the way!

• Cob Class: 4th – Lynsey Rogers & Oreo Lad
• 3yo RID C**t, Gelding or Filly: 2nd – Marie Helena Finnegan & Razzle Dazzle 🥈

🏆 Cavan Horse Championships
• Sat 90cm: 1st – Amy Smyth & Lisross Irish Knight 🥇
• Sat 1m: 8th – Amy Smyth & Lisross Irish Knight
• Sun 1m: 12th – Amy Smyth & Cornasaus Cornet

Focus now shifts to the AIRC National Dressage & National Eventing Championships.

🎉 Congratulations to Headfort RC member Amanda! 🎉

Amanda had a fantastic day at the AIRC Midlands Dressage League Final, hosted by Mosstown Riding Club.

Competing with both of her horses, Able Fusion Flyer and Elusive Flyer, Amanda came home with an impressive 1 x 3rd place and 2 x 4th places! 👏🏼

Now we wait for the updated league tables to see where Amanda and her horses finished in the final standings. Celebrations to be had at the Awards Night in October!

Well done, Amanda — a fantastic achievement! 🥂👏🏼

🏆 League Qualification
To qualify for the League Final, competitors must attend any two league legs plus the Final.

💰 Entry Fee
€25 per class
€2 per entry capitation payable to the Midlands Region League Prize Fund.

🎀 Rosettes & Prizes
Rosettes will be awarded from 1st to 6th place.

Prize placings will be dependent on the number of entries received:
• 1–5 starters: 1st prize, rosettes 1st–3rd
• 6–8 starters: 1st & 2nd prizes, rosettes 1st–6th
• 9+ starters: 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes, rosettes 1st–6th

Congratulations to our member Amanda Dakota Sheridan who competed at Tara Hill RC leg of the AIRC Midlands Dressage League on Sunday in Kells Equestrian.
