I have been working in the fitness industry for many years as a Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer. I also have a background in Physical Therapy which I incorporate into my everyday work to benefit my clients. My work includes working with both one on one clients as well as with various sporting teams & teaching a regular selection of classes.

Nothing changes if nothing changes...

20 minutes at the gym is better than no gym.
Some fruit and veg is better than none at all.
Reading 1 page a night is better than no pages.

Getting a little done is better than getting nothing done - consistency builds overtime, but habits are built day to day 👏🏼

So remember, an inch of movement is better than a mile of intentions 🙌🏼
