During the first part of the year, our students completed work experience across different locations in Dublin.

From Camden Street and Baggot Street to Dundrum and Monkstown, and most recently Exchequer Street and Dawson Street, they have continued to grow in confidence and skills!

A huge thank you to the Sprout team for believing in our students and supporting them every step of the way💚

Our partnership with Sprout & Co 🫜continues to create amazing opportunities for our students.

Earlier this year, Jamie joined the Baggot Street team and Laoise joined the Monkstown crew.

Just yesterday Matthew became the newest member of the Sprout team after a successful interview! 🎉

Three graduates, three paid jobs, in three months and we couldn’t be prouder!!! Thank you Sprout, for your continued support and for helping our graduates succeed💚💙💛

We were delighted to welcome Minister Norma Foley - TD last week to our training café in Wanderers Rugby Club and new college facilities in SMBC AC.

She saw our students and graduates in action showcasing their skills across our kitchen, classroom and coffee spaces. Witnessing first hand the power of inclusion in the heart of Dublin.

The jury is still out on her favourite part of the visit… Perhaps a tie between her personal tour provided by the stellar Savills Ireland employee Seamus and the homemade scones she took back to our colleagues in Government.

Treats so delicious, they made their way to the Taoiseach Micheál Martin. Consider this your invitation to try them in person next time!
