🎉 HAPPY 40TH BIRTHDAY, BUBBLES! 🎉

Today we celebrate one of the originals — Alan “Bubbles” Murphy — as he reaches the big 4-0! 🥳🍻

Bubbles was one of the very first signings when ISF Ballyphehane Celtic was established in 2024, and since day one he has been a hugely influential figure around the club.

His contribution has gone far beyond what he does on the pitch. He has always been willing to get stuck in, help out and go the extra mile for the club off the field too. His commitment was rightly recognised when he picked up Clubman of the Year for his outstanding contribution behind the scenes. 💙

But who could forget the Second Division Shandon Cup Final?! 🏆

When it came down to penalties, Bubbles stood tall and produced some huge saves, effectively winning us the trophy and creating one of those moments that will live long in the club’s history. 🧤🔥

From being one of our first ever signings, to becoming a key part of the club on and off the pitch, Bubbles has played a massive role in helping make ISF Ballyphehane Celtic what it is today.

So from everyone at ISF Ballyphehane Celtic, we wish you a very Happy 40th Birthday, Bubbles! 💙

The club would like to take the time to thank Timmy O'Reilly who will be moving to Midleton Seniors this week.

A short stay but most certainly a memorable one with Timmy ending on a high, winning one of the most prestigious trophies in Cork Business League. A winning mentality from the beginning, his attitude shone through the most, attending training even when injured or always encouraging players and how to help improve players if needed. His impact on the pitch was to a devastating effect with 33 Goals and Assists propelling us to the Top of the helm in the league, a Mick Mooney trophy and semi finalists in the shield, we wish Timmy nothing but the best, Midleton are getting an excellent player. 🔵⚪🔵⚪🔵

Lastly, before kick-off in tonight's Mick Mooney Cup Final at Turner's Cross, we'd like to recognise the incredible local businesses and people who have got behind the club.

Tomorrow, ISF Ballyphehane Celtic take to Turner's Cross pitch in the Mick Mooney Cup Final, and the lads will do it in style.

This photo was taken in the heart of Ballyphehane, just a stone's throw from where tomorrow's final will be played. A fitting spot before what promises to be a massive occasion for the club.
