Thank you does not seem adequate enough!! We could not have had a successful Beara’s Fittest Crew without your help.

Be it providing materials, directing traffic, providing refreshments for the competitors, timekeeping, refereeing, the list goes on.

You all are fantastic to continually step up to support events in our community.

Whether it was a loadall, tyres, kegs, benches, pallets, bales, ice, logs or simply giving up your time and expertise, your generosity and community spirit made this event possible.

Our Festival kicked off Friday evening with the Jim Downing Fishing Competition.
It was a great evenings craic and banter from the get go.
It was a little fresh out on the bay but thankfully the rain held off and all boats were back at the pier for 21:00
A big thank you to John Paddy O'Sullivan for officiating the weigh in.

Thank you to those who took part in the Joe Gort O’Sullivan Clay Pigeon Shooting competition in Sunday morning.
A great competition was had despite the wind kicking up.
