The First XV are back at home. 🏠

After getting the season off to a winning start last weekend, the lads are back in County Cup action today as we welcome Mallow RFC to the Well.

A big test ahead and a chance to keep building on the work put in throughout pre-season.

We’re kicking off Sidelines to Trylines TONIGHT at 6:30PM at Sunday’s Well RFC! ❤️💚

You do NOT need to have played rugby before! 🙌

Never picked up a rugby ball? Perfect.
Don’t know the rules? No problem.
Not sure if rugby is “for you”? Come and give it a go!

Sidelines to Trylines is a fun, welcoming touch rugby programme for women, whether you’re a rugby mam, supporter, volunteer, complete beginner or simply looking for a new way to get active and meet people.

❤️💚 Sidelines to Trylines – Rugby Mothers & Others is still ON and going ahead as planned!

🏉 MIXED ABILITY RUGBY FESTIVAL | KINSALE 🏉

A big day of rugby ahead this Saturday as Sunday’s Well RFC heads to Kinsale! ❤️💚

Both our Rebels Mixed Ability Team and our Women’s Team will be taking part in the All-Ireland Mixed Ability Rugby Festival, alongside teams from across the country.

Our Rebels have a full afternoon of fixtures ahead, while our Women’s team will take to the pitch for two games as part of the festival. 💪
