Annnd I'm back..😊 hope everyone is keeping well. The Great people of Street have asked me to help them out with there glorious new gym 💪🏼☺️ so I'm currently doing classes over there. And am very grateful to everyone who has helped me build this page and build and train in my old gym in water street. Was a amazing journey.
I'm doing a spin in street every Saturday morning at 9.30am to 10.15ish. If anyone would like to join. Message me on this or 0879511618, and I'll give you more details.

Hi guys, if i can get the numbers im going to try if the space is provided, Personal training from peoples homes or sheds, I'll bring my own equipment if the clients have none, if that would be suitable and of interest send me message and we can discuss more.
