*KICKABOUT:* Everyone is invited to get fit, have fun, and enjoy the training as we head into the long winter evenings.

*MASTERS LEAGUE:* After winning silverware last year, we’ll be back to try again! We’ll have a chat at training about putting teams into the league, which kicks off from November. (Over 30s).

Snugboro brought two u-9 teams to the Mayo League Blitz in Westport on Saturday.
Both teams topped their groups to make it through to the cup section of the tournament.
The first team were extremely unlucky to exit in the quarter’s to eventual finalists Knock/ Kiltimagh.
The second team beat Conn Rangers in the quarter’s, Castlebar Celtic AET in the semi’s and beat Knock/ Kiltimagh 3-1 in a dramatic final.
All players on the day did themselves, their families, their coaches and the club proud.
Huge thanks to all the parents for travelling and supporting the players.
The future is bright. UTB 💛💙

💙💛 SNUGBORO LADIES ARE CHAMPIONS! 💙💛

🏆 DIVISION 2 LEAGUE CHAMPIONS 2026! 🏆

What a season. What a team. What a way to make history. 💙 💛

After 17 years without a Boro ladies team and 19 years since the club last lifted silverware, our ladies have done it - winning the Division 2 League in their first season back on the pitch!

A 2–1 victory over Ballyvary secured the league, and what followed was an emotional and unforgettable celebration for everyone involved. (Read match report in the slides! 💪)

From the first whistle to the final celebrations, these girls have given everything. We couldn’t be prouder. 🏆⚽️

A massive thank you to our incredible management team Padraic, Declan and Jason, and to Annemarie, Olivia and Gillian for all their work behind the scenes.

Everyone here at Snugboro FC would like to pass on our deepest sympathies to our under age coach Thelma Birrane on the passing of her father, Kevin Birrane. Our thoughts are with Thelma and Alan and their daughters, Sadhbh, Meadhbh and Aoife. May he rest in peace.

Well done to our under 14 girls who died with their boots on against a classy Conn Rangers side who are unbeaten this season going for the league and cup double! A cup upset wasn't to be for our girls but they gave it everything! Hard luck and Best of luck to Rangers with the rest of the season. Onwards and upwards for our girls ⚽
