I'm so excited for our second FREE park Yoga in Fermoy this Sunday! My aim is to guide you through a nice gentle Yoga flow suitable for all levels! No previous experience needed 🌿

My goal when creating a yoga space for my classes is to help you instantly feel calmer just by stepping into the room 😌💆‍♀️

But of course this community would be nothing without the gorgeous gorgeous humans that attend our classes!! Whenever someone new joins you actively make them feel welcome, a smile a little hi & you've even helped me if ever I have come to teach after some harder times (even though I likely hid that 😉) you're all the best - THANK YOU 🧡🧡

Life has been great lately!!! Let me spread the love and offer you yoga classes for only €5!!!

Yes that's correct 🎉🎉

I want yoga to be accessible to as many people as possible! And I know some people will think "but you're not valuing yourself & your experience!?" But honestly I promise you I do know my worth as a teacher and I have invested a lot into my teaching (580hrs+ training hehe) but I also believe in paying things forward and trying my best to make a difference in my small little corner of the world 🌎 I believe yoga can do that!

I hope you can join me on the mat! Starts next Tuesday at 7.00 - 7.30am 🙌 Also of course I'd adore if you shared with your friends & family or on your stories 🧡🧡 Just 30 minutes to move your body in a way that feels good and sets you up for a fantastic day ahead 🎉

1000% I will marry this man!!!! 🥺🥺🥺😭😭😭

Honestly I was absolutely shook!!! Of course I've met my life partner I knew that for a fact! And I knew this would come in time but I said to shaun literally the night before "I don't need a ring around my finger to prove our love! Don't feel pressure we have time" BUT little did I know this incredible man and messer has been thinking about proposing since last August and asked my dad on New year's eve 😭😭😭😭

Shaun is my absolute ROCK best friend and the kindest most patient human ever!! Last year was very rough but we weathered the storm together and it made me love him even more!!!

Incredibly Grateful I get to call this amazing man my husband soon!! Ahh I'm crying writing this 😭😭😭

P.s the "cluster" engagement ring was chosen by Shaun himself!!!? I've bagged a good one 😜😜😜
